Whenever I travel, I like to bring back more than the usual souvenirs. For me, the real treasures come in the form of kinky toys (I have a box full of lingam shaped friends who are all named after the cities I bought them in;) and experiences that enrich my journey of self-discovery. On my recent trip to Barcelona, I was excited to explore the local world of tantric massages, a practice that has become a vital part of my travel rituals.
Finding the right place for the desirable massage can be quite the task, especially for us ladies. While gentlemen seem to have an abundance of options, our choices often feel more limited. I spent some time scrolling through various websites, each promising different experiences. Many of them, however, were filled with images of six-pack abs and shirtless men—definitely not the spiritual experience I was looking for. My search was for something deeper, something that resonated with my need for both sensuality and spirituality.
That’s when I stumbled upon Glanz Tantra. Their website immediately caught my attention; it was clean, inviting, and had an air of legitimacy that many others lacked. The universe seemed to sending a clear message - I discovered that Glanz was only a four-minute walk from my hotel!! I immediately booked an hour-long session without hesitation.
Glanz Tantra had availability on the same day, which was brilliant. The space itself was lovely—simple yet sufficiently decorated, clean, and inviting. I had the pleasure of meeting Maya, the main lady there, who was incredibly kind. However, I was in the mood for a male masseur, so I opted for the only gentleman available that day.
I decided on a Kundalini Tantra massage, although they offer a variety of sessions, including Tantra, Reiki, and even sound healing massages. As a practitioner myself, I always advise my clients to come in without any expectations - and I always tend to do the same! :)
The massage was a beautiful experience. The masseur’s hands were clearly experienced, and he paid a lot of attention to my yoni (externally:)). The session also included some cuddles and a chakra analysis, which added to the overall feeling of being cared for and understood on a deeper level. He immediately picked up on my sacral chakra being very vibrant and full of energy (I kept my career a secret until the very end;)!
My Kundalini wasn’t awakened during the session, but that was perfectly fine with me - although it seemed to have slightly disappointed my wonderful masseur! The experience was more about the journey than the destination, and I left feeling thoroughly relaxed and spiritually nourished.
Their fees start at 200EUR/hr - and the experience is totally worth every penny! ... I mean .. cent! ❤️
